What You Will Do
- Lead from the floor 4 days a week, setting the pace, energy, and urgency while coaching live deals and unblocking high-value pipeline opportunities.
- Own the delivery of team bookings, account growth, and pipeline targets through rigorous 1:1s and actionable account-level growth plans.
- Drive accountability and performance standards, managing the recruitment and onboarding of new hires as the team continues to scale.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record leading B2B sales or account management teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments, with a hands-on "on-the-floor" leadership style.
- Expertise in pipeline management and CRM discipline, with the ability to spot performance issues early and have direct, effective accountability conversations.
- Experience in growth-stage scaleups or transactional marketplaces, ideally having built or refined sales processes rather than just maintaining existing ones.
