We are partnering with a fast-growing global AdTech business that is transforming digital advertising through AI-powered contextual technology.
Its privacy-first solutions enable brands to reach relevant audiences across online video, CTV, and the wider digital ecosystem without relying on third-party cookies.
Already established across more than 25 international markets, the company has delivered thousands of campaigns for some of the world’s best-known brands.
Following strong growth in the UK, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to develop and expand its relationships across Publicis agencies.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on commercial role for an experienced agency seller with strong relationships across Publicis.
- You’ll take responsibility for growing the Publicis agency patch, building relationships with planners, buyers, and senior decision-makers, and converting those connections into new briefs and long-term commercial partnerships.
You’ll have the backing of an established international business, award-winning technology, and a strong portfolio of global client success stories. The role offers considerable autonomy and an excellent opportunity to step into a more senior position as the UK operation continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
