Senior Sales Manager – Fashion Wholesale (Footwear & Accessories)
📍 London W1 | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Min. 5 Years’ Experience

Are you a sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? Agency 91 — a leading distributor of premium footwear and accessory brands — is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and grow key & independent accounts across the UK.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of sales experience in the Wholesale Fashion Sales industry, who thrives on building new client relationships, managing existing ones, and delivering consistent growth. Experience in footwear and/or accessories is a big advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive New Business
- Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities to expand our brand presence across the UK.
- Grow & Manage Accounts
- Lead seasonal sell-ins, develop strong relationships, and manage key and independent accounts to maximise sales potential.
- Own Your Targets
- Set and deliver ambitious sales goals while staying aligned with brand values and commercial strategy.
- Be the Client’s Go-To
- Act as a trusted partner to your accounts, ensuring smooth order management, stock flow, and client satisfaction.
- Bring Market Insight
- Keep ahead of trends, support product training and in-store activations, and help shape our market strategy.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ wholesale sales experience in fashion — ideally footwear or accessories
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience managing key accounts and independents
- A strong network within the UK market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent) beneficial
