Senior Sales Manager - AdTech

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global digital advertising and media platform that helps brands connect with large-scale audiences through innovative advertising solutions, premium publisher partnerships, and advanced advertising technology.

As part of a high-performing UK commercial team, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic agency relationships, and identify new business opportunities across digital advertising channels including programmatic and direct media solutions.

The Role

This is a commercially focused sales position responsible for growing agency partnerships, generating new business revenue, and delivering against ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the digital advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to build and close opportunities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across agency stakeholders, from planners and buyers to senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Present advertising solutions, campaign strategies, and performance insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Ad Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaign success.
  • Use CRM platforms effectively to manage opportunities, contacts, and revenue forecasting.
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experienced in digital media sales, online advertising, or programmatic advertising.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, new-business-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with campaign and sales data.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

  • Established relationships within UK media agencies, particularly independent and international agency groups.
  • Experience selling programmatic, direct digital media, or advertising technology solutions.
  • Passion for digital media, marketing technology, and advertising innovation.
