Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a premium consumer brand to recruit a Senior Sales Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead growth across two key B2B channels, driving strategic partnerships within the premium hospitality sector while expanding a high-value corporate gifting portfolio.
Responsibilities of Senior Sales Manager:
- Drive new business by developing strategic partnerships across premium hospitality businesses and corporate clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals, lead commercial negotiations, and secure commercial agreements.
- Manage key accounts from onboarding through renewal, identifying opportunities to grow revenue across multiple locations, services and product categories.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM accuracy, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin and growth targets.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams to deliver successful partner launches and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new commercial opportunities.

To be successful in Senior Sales Manager:
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in business development, sales or account management within premium hospitality, consumer goods, beauty, wellness, gifting or a similar B2B environment.
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting, contract negotiation and margin management.
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles.
- Confident using CRM platforms and AI-enabled tools to improve sales effectiveness and reporting.
