The Short Read
Cerebrent Group companies have spent 11 years building software, products, and design teams for enterprise clients, delivering outsourcing, product engineering, UX, DevOps, and digital transformation for a global clientele across 16 countries, including 100+ clients like Google, McKinsey & Company, BCG, Meta, Danone, McGraw-Hill Education, Eurofins, and Worldly, among them. The group covers enterprise product engineering and outsourcing, managed by Millipixels Interactive, digital transformation consulting headed by Clarient, and avirat.ai, our operating system for AI work, built out of Evantiv Digital Labs.
The Opportunity
We already have clients in the UK that mostly came through founder-led relationships, and have proven the potential of the market for us. This role will help us to build the commercial engine for the UK: the pipeline, the playbook, and the partnerships that mean growth here doesn't hinge on who the founder happens to know.
What You'd Be Selling
Your main focus is avirat.ai, our operating system for AI work, and niche GCC - micro and nano GCC, and outsourcing. Avirat.ai is early: we're running our first GTM motions now, in a space with a lot of noise and real opportunity. GCC and outsourcing is where our track record is strongest: multi-year, relationship-led work that's slow to sell but slow to lose too.
UX design and transformation consulting are your wedges. Use them to open doors, if and, when they're the easier way in. UX for smaller first deals that build trust and expand over time; consulting for executive conversations focused on real outcomes, not optics. Either can help you get into an account before you bring in AI or GCC.
Success looks like:
- Months 1 & 2: Learn the four practices properly, including time with delivery. Map the UK relationships you already have onto what we can now sell them. Agree the ICP and territory plan with the CEO and the Growth Team.
- Months 3 & 4: Live pipeline across at least two of the four motions. First partner conversations with technology partners, industry associations, and referral networks. First named opportunities inside the avirat.ai ICP.
- Months 5–12: Close. Land the reference accounts that make year two easier. Build the case for what the UK needs next, whether that's headcount, marketing spend, or local delivery presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We'll agree the actual targets with you before you sign, not after.
What This Actually Looks Like
You own the UK pipeline end-to-end, prospecting through close, with real visibility into stage, deal size, and forecast.
You're also building the partnerships- technology partners, industry bodies, referral networks- that create momentum beyond your own outbound. You run business conversations yourself: presentations, negotiations, closing. This isn't a role where you hand off to someone more senior once things get serious.
How We Will Measure The Success
This is, in effect, a country representative role- so the core metric is the P&L of the UK market. You own it end-to-end.
The clearest early signal is speed: how quickly you can build a live pipeline and start converting it into revenue. We're looking for meaningful traction within the first 6 months, not a slow ramp.
We're intentionally not walking in with fixed numbers already decided. What the targets look like, and how you'd get there, is something we want to work out with you- because this is a leadership hire, and how you think through the plan tells us as much as the plan itself. Come prepared to talk numbers: what you'd commit to, how you'd sequence the four motions to hit it, and where you see the real risk sitting.

This Role Is for You If
- You've spent 7+ years selling technology services, digital transformation, software engineering, AI solutions, or consulting across the UK and wider European markets, with real quota history at enterprise deal sizes; not just exposure to them.
- You know how enterprise buying actually works: procurement, stakeholder groups, the slow grind of getting five people to agree.
- You can hold your own with senior business leaders one meeting and technical stakeholders the next, without it feeling like a different pitch each time.
- You've sold into sectors like financial services, retail, manufacturing, technology, or professional services.
- You have an existing network in these sectors isn't a nice-to-have here - it's how you'll hit the ground running.
- Bonus points if you've worked in GDPR-conscious environments, or sold through compliance, governance, and risk conversations as part of the deal.
- You'll need to be visible in boardrooms, industry events, the rooms where these deals actually get decided; and you'll bring back what you're hearing from clients so the rest of the business keeps building things people actually want to buy.
Benefits
- Flexible, outcomes-not-hours working;
- Generous paid leave; and genuine ground-floor impact.
- You'd be helping shape the UK playbook, and even the shape avirat.ai takes, rather than executing someone else's plan.
- Small team, real trust, not much red tape.
