Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise & Application Services
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £90,000–£110,000 basic + Double OTE
Are you a high-performing new business sales professional with a proven track record of winning enterprise clients within the IT consulting space?
Our client, a leading IT consultancy, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of its Enterprise & Application Services practice. This is a genuine hunter role focused on identifying, engaging and securing new logo opportunities with enterprise organisations. If your passion lies in building new relationships and closing complex consulting engagements, not managing existing accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic new business sales plan, targeting enterprise organisations across a range of industries. You'll work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions that address complex business challenges.

This role is centered on selling high-value consulting and transformation services, particularly within enterprise applications and digital transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new enterprise business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive business development.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders.
- Sell complex consulting services across Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with solution architects and consulting teams to develop winning proposals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a new business sales role within an IT consultancy or technology services organisation.
- Strong experience selling Enterprise & Application Services, including solutions such as CRM, ERP and enterprise transformation programmes.
- Demonstrable track record of securing high-value enterprise consulting engagements.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
