About the Opportunity & Team
This role sits within our London Commercial team, reporting directly to the Group Account Director. Following our continued market expansion across the UK, this team is responsible for driving Teads’ omnichannel strategy across the region’s premier agency holding groups.
In this role, you will hold end-to-end commercial ownership of our Omnicom Media Group and IPG Mediabrands patch in London. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners across Teads Studio, Demand Operations, Insights, Publishing, and Product to deliver best-in-class digital advertising solutions and solve complex client marketing challenges.
About the Role
Core Mission: Act as a strategic commercial lead to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and elevate Teads' position across the assigned Omnicom and IPG agency patch.
Team Alignment: Work closely with the Group Account Director, agency strategy teams, and internal cross-functional partners to translate high-level commercial strategies into scalable revenue streams.
Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing agency relationships, pitch pipelines, joint business plans, and revenue performance across Omnicom and IPG agencies (e.g., OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, Initiative, UM).
Impact Metric: Success in this role means consistently hitting revenue targets, accelerating omnichannel adoption (CTV, Video, Display, Contextual Data), and expanding Teads' share of wallet across the patch over the next 12 months.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Commercial Growth
- Architect and execute tailored sales strategies for top agencies within the Omnicom and IPG networks, aligning Teads' technology and creative capabilities with client goals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across video, display, connected TV (CTV), and cookieless contextual solutions, proactively proposing innovative strategies to agency planners and buyers.
- Drive adoption of Teads' proprietary ad formats and programmatic buying models across all agency desks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
