Millbrook Business Finance, part of the Millbrook Group, is one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial finance brokerages — arranging over £50M annually across business loans, asset finance, and more.
With a young, ambitious culture and a reputation for innovation, we’ve earned industry recognition including Best Equipment Finance Provider to Work For (Asset Finance Connect Awards) and Cashflow Broker of the Year (NACFB Awards). We’re proud to be known for both our results and our workplace.
Our Business Finance Division is the engine room of Millbrook — helping SMEs across every sector access fast, flexible, and strategic funding. From asset finance to business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed growth schemes, we support UK businesses with the capital they need to grow, invest, and thrive.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Finance Broker to join our core division. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, structuring, and closing a wide range of commercial finance deals, working across multiple sectors and funding products.
This is a proactive sales role that combines outbound prospecting, and introducer relationship management. You’ll be expected to manage the full deal process — from initial engagement through to completion — and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lenders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
