About the Role

Love managing the sales process fully, the strategy, and the moment a complex, long-winded deal comes together?

This is a Senior Sales Manager role with plenty to get your teeth into. You’ll build new customer relationships, grow established accounts, and develop sales partners across international markets, selling industrial equipment that calls for a thoughtful, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales plan for your territory and take opportunities from the first conversation to the signed order.
• Get out to meet customers, understand the challenges in their operations, shape tailored solutions, and put forward proposals that stand up commercially and technically.
• Negotiate terms, keep momentum through a long sales cycle, and know when to bring colleagues into the conversation to help win the deal.
• Play a major part in making the sales partner network more effective. Expect regular partner meetings, joint customer visits, product training, and strategies built around specific bids.
• Track your pipeline and forecasts, watch what’s happening in the market, and feed customer insights back into the business.
