Senior Sales Manager
Chelsea, London
£80,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a residential developer as Senior Sales Manager, leading the sales performance of one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments. Based at the company's flagship scheme, this newly created position reflects the continued growth of the business and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within an internationally recognised property developer.
Reporting into the Sales Director and working closely with the Chief of Development & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading an established sales team, and contributing to the wider commercial and marketing strategy of the development.
This role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on approach and is ideally suited to an experienced sales leader who thrives in a luxury residential environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
What you'll do
- As Senior Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the sales strategy for the Chelsea development, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining the exceptional customer experience expected of a prime London residential scheme. You will oversee pricing strategies, apartment releases, incentive structures, and negotiations, adapting your approach to reflect market conditions and buyer demand.
- You will lead and mentor a team of three Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- In addition, you will manage relationships with external sales agents, ensuring consistent messaging, excellent service standards, and maximum sales performance.
- Working closely with the Sales Director, General Manager, and Marketing team, you will contribute to the wider marketing strategy, helping to shape campaigns, launch activity, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional events. This is a collaborative role that offers the opportunity to influence both the sales and marketing direction of the development.
- You will act as a senior representative of the business when dealing with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth purchasers, developing long-term relationships with domestic and international buyers, agents, brokers, and introducers. Particular emphasis will be placed on growing international sales activity and strengthening relationships across key overseas markets.
- You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion, ensuring CRM systems remain accurate, reporting is delivered to senior leadership, and all legal, regulatory, and AML requirements are fully complied with.
- You will also play an important role in maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments, working alongside design and marketing colleagues to ensure the development is consistently presented to the highest standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
