Sales Manager – A&D, Specification & Developers
Luxury Kitchens, Furniture & Wardrobes | Central London | Package £100,000+
An exceptional opportunity to join a globally recognised design house operating at the highest level of the luxury interiors market.
Working from an impressive Central London showroom, the business provides premium kitchens, architectural furniture, bespoke wardrobes, joinery and complete living solutions for hospitality, prestigious residential developments and private residences across the UK and internationally.
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to develop the brand’s presence across architects, interior designers, developers, specifiers and luxury residential projects. This is a senior, relationship-led position requiring strong industry credibility, an established network and the ability to convert complex specifications into high-value commercial opportunities.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the A&D, specification and developer channels, identifying opportunities at the earliest design stage and positioning the brand as a preferred partner for prime and super-prime residential projects. Based predominantly from the Central London showroom, you will host architects, designers, developers and private clients while proactively developing relationships throughout London, the wider UK and selected international markets.
Projects will range from luxury private residences and high-value apartments to major residential developments and international schemes where design, craftsmanship, technical capability and attention to detail are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
