JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale Greystar's newly created centralised leasing function for third-party Multifamily assets, developing scalable, technology-enabled leasing strategies to increase profitability and achieve occupancy and revenue targets as the function grows.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the Central Sales Team, overseeing the full leasing lifecycle — including marketing, lead generation, prospect management, lease negotiations, and resident onboarding — to meet or exceed all KPIs and deliver best-in-class results.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop leasing professionals and the wider central sales team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

- Develop and manage leasing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation.
- Work collaboratively with digital technology teams to develop and deliver tech enhancements and new communication channels that drive continuous improvement in leasing processes and efficiency.
- Accountable for implementing Greystar's leasing policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and consistent, high-quality touchpoints across the leasing journey.
- Deputise for the Sales Director in their absence, ensuring work is organised and executed in line with Greystar's expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on leasing performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management and third-party owners.
- Build a scalable, trusted, and high-achieving sales function that delivers target-driven performance, regardless of work location.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
