Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
Full-Time | Approx. 6-Month Temporary Contract
Location: Flexible / Remote
Inspired Selection is recruiting on behalf of an innovative and fast-growing organisation launching an exciting new social platform and app. They're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and ambitious Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to help build awareness, drive subscriptions, and grow a thriving community of users.
We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building a profile, creating conversations, and acting as the public face of a growing brand. Whether you're early in your career, have experience in partnerships or community growth, or have aspirations in content creation, influencing, or public speaking, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive subscriptions, user growth, and engagement for a new social platform and digital community
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the platform at universities, conferences, festivals, networking events, and community initiatives
- Build relationships with students, graduates, young professionals, creators, influencers, and partner organisations
- Create opportunities to increase awareness, visibility, and adoption of the platform
- Arrange and participate in interviews, talks, presentations, and outreach activities
- Develop partnerships that support audience growth and subscription targets
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to bring the brand to life through authentic engagement and content opportunities
- Identify new opportunities to grow the community and expand the platform's reach

About You
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with new people
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Passionate about social media, online communities, and emerging digital platforms
- Excited by the idea of being a public-facing advocate for a growing brand
- Commercially minded, proactive, and self-motivated
- Interested in content creation, presenting, influencing, or community building
- Experience in sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, events, membership growth, or business development would be beneficial
- Experience from technology, digital media, apps, events, start-ups, or other fast-moving sectors is particularly welcome
