Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
Full-Time | Approx. 6 Month Temp
Location: Flexible / Remote
Inspired is recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and growing organisation seeking a commercially focused Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to support its next phase of growth.
This is a varied role combining sales, subscriptions, partnerships, events and marketing. You will play a key role in driving sign-ups, subscriptions and audience growth across a new social media platform, app and digital community, whilst supporting wider commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales activity for a new social media platform, app and digital community, driving subscriptions and user growth
- Build and manage relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Support growth across online commerce and direct-to-consumer channels
- Develop partnerships that increase engagement, visibility and sales
- Represent the organisation at schools, conferences, book fairs, festivals and industry events
- Support marketing campaigns and audience growth initiatives
- Track leads, subscriptions and sales activity, ensuring strong follow-up and conversion

About You
- Experience in subscription sales, memberships, business development, partnerships or commercial sales
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Results-focused with a passion for driving revenue and audience growth
- Commercially minded, proactive and highly organised
- Comfortable working across apps, digital platforms, online commerce and live events
- Confident representing a brand at conferences, customer meetings and events
- Experience within subscriptions, ecommerce, retail, apps, events or customer acquisition
