Basic salary up to £28,000 + Com OTE £65,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and highly reputable estate agency whose name is well known across the industry. With branches throughout North London, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful team, offering genuine scope for progression.
This position is suited to an experienced Estate Agent who is articulate, confident, and well presented, with a proven track record within the estate agency sector.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, target driven, and results focused, with a self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. A natural people person, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies.
- Marketing properties and arranging viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
- Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers.
- Providing expert advice on local property market trends and conditions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Following up leads and generating new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.
