Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the market share and sales volume of our Maidenhead branch. You will take the lead on managing high-value transactions, registering and qualifying applicants, generating new business, and negotiating complex offers. A core aspect of this senior role includes acting as a mentor to junior team members while ensuring vendors and buyers receive a premium, stress-free service.

Key Responsibilities
- Applicant Management: Register and meticulously qualify new applicants, matching active buyers with suitable properties across the Maidenhead area.
- Viewings & Appraisals: Conduct professional, confident, and knowledgeable property viewings, providing articulate feedback to vendors.
- Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimum prices, ensuring all offers are financially qualified and confirmed in writing.
- Business Generation: Actively seek out new instructions through local canvassing, following up on market leads, database mining, and cross-selling in-house financial services.
- Sales Progression: Manage the property pipeline from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, proactively liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisers to resolve chain obstacles.
- Brand Representation: Represent the business with an immaculate professional presentation and an exceptional phone manner at all times.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful track record as a Sales Negotiator within a busy residential estate agency.
- Local Knowledge: Strong structural familiarity with the Maidenhead and Berkshire property landscape is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Target-driven with enhanced communication and time management skills to ensure seamless engagement across the business.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are strictly essential for conducting property visits and valuations.
