Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Kingston upon Thames / Surbiton Area
Salary: £30-£35k basic + £200 car allowance + uncapped commission
OTE: £60-£70k
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Friday 09:00-18:00, 2x Saturdays per month from 09:00-16:00 with a day off in lieu
The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded estate agency in the Kingston/Surbiton area is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving residential team. This is a rare opportunity to handle exclusively high-end stock, with properties typically marketed from £800,000 upwards.
The successful candidate will be joining a high-performing and well-supported office with a clear focus on quality, reputation, and results. You’ll be front and centre with premium vendors and serious buyers, taking deals from viewing through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings with qualified buyers
- Negotiate and agree sales with strong attention to detail and customer care
- Provide consistent and insightful feedback to vendors
- Generate new instructions through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Advise clients on market conditions, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Drive market share and enhance brand presence in the local high-end market
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
- Polished, professional communication skills with a consultative approach
- Track record of converting viewings into offers and securing instructions
- Highly motivated and comfortable working with premium stock and high expectations
- Local area knowledge is advantageous but not essential

Package & Incentives
- Basic salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance: £200 per month
- Commission: Up to 10% on banked income over £125,000
- Earnings guarantee available for the right candidate
- OTE: £60,000+
- Working pattern: 2 in 4 Saturdays
- Holidays: 28 days plus your birthday off
