Role Description

The Senior Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Wakefield and Barnsley. This role involves managing property sales from initial valuation through to completion, including conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders. The Senior Sales Negotiator will maintain accurate records, prepare property details, and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and supporting the wider team with sales strategies and market insights. The role also includes contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and promoting Movenowproperties’ services within the local market.

  • Experience in estate agency or property sales, with strong knowledge of local markets and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and lettings, including negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Competence with property management and CRM systems, and comfort using digital tools and email for daily work.
  • Relevant experience in residential property; professional certifications in estate agency or sales are an advantage.
