Role Description
The Senior Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chorley, responsible for managing property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting property viewings
- Handling buyer and tenant enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing agreed sales and lettings in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants, providing clear communication, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times. The Senior Sales Negotiator will also:
- Prepare accurate property listings
- Support marketing activities
- Monitor local market trends
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets
This position requires working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transactional processes and a consistent, professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working within estate agency or property sales, with strong knowledge of residential Sales and Lettings processes.
- Demonstrated Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations professionally.
- Proven track record in Sales, including negotiating offers and achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong local market awareness in Chorley and the wider North West region, with the ability to provide informed advice to clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Comfort using property management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to support listings and client communication.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits and viewings.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead negotiator role, or demonstrable capability to take on senior responsibilities, is highly beneficial.
