Role Description
The Senior Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bexleyheath. This role involves managing a portfolio of properties, conducting valuations, arranging and attending viewings, and negotiating offers to achieve successful sales. The Senior Sales Negotiator will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and internal teams to progress transactions efficiently and maintain high standards of customer care.

- Generating new business
- Providing accurate market advice
- Maintaining up-to-date records on internal systems
- Meeting agreed sales targets
- Mentoring less experienced colleagues
- Contributing to branch performance
- Representing The Robinson Jackson Group professionally in the local market
Qualifications
- Experience in estate agency, with proven success as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar property-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive, responsive experience throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrated sales ability, including negotiating offers, overcoming objections, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of both sales and lettings processes in the UK property market is highly beneficial.
- Commercial awareness, local market knowledge of Bexleyheath and surrounding areas, and a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
