This is an important role within the office and would suit an established estate agent who combines strong sales ability with excellent customer service and a genuine desire to progress their career.

The successful candidate will play a key part in generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers and helping the branch achieve its overall sales targets.

  • Proactively contact applicants and match them with suitable properties.
  • Arrange, prepare for and conduct property viewings.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and provide a high level of service throughout their property search.
  • Obtain detailed and constructive feedback following viewings and communicate this effectively to vendors.
  • Negotiate offers confidently and professionally, working to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing market feedback, updates and recommendations where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for price adjustments, marketing changes and other actions that could improve a property's chances of selling.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, previous client relationships, applicant conversations and local market knowledge.
  • Identify potential valuation opportunities and book market appraisal appointments for the branch.
  • Build relationships with homeowners considering selling within Camberley and the surrounding areas.
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the local property market, including competing properties, recent sales and market conditions.
  • Ensure applicant and vendor records are accurate and kept fully up to date on the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with the wider branch team to ensure agreed sales are progressed efficiently from offer through to exchange and completion.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior negotiators where required.
  • Contribute positively towards individual and branch targets, including instructions, viewings, offers, sales and exchanges.
  • Represent Seymours professionally at all times and help maintain the company's reputation for outstanding customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
