Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity
We're excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday's. The OTE ranges from £28,000 to £38,000.
About the Role
- Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes:
- Registering clients on our property software
- Arranging viewings, valuations, and mortgage advice appointments
- Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings, and financial services
- Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression
- Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion
- Supporting the branch on lettings when/if required

What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Experience in a similar role is required; a high volume of sales progression is essential
- Great customer service & natural selling ability
- Strong knowledge of the area preferred
- Full clean driving licence required & preferably your own car which is legally roadworthy
- Ability to commit to working 1 in 3 Saturdays
