Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Negotiator role based in Southampton. The Senior Sales Negotiator will manage a portfolio of residential properties, conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations to secure sales and lettings in line with company targets.

- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
- Providing clear communication and guidance throughout the transaction process
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Preparing and presenting property details
- Liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends
- Contributing to office performance through proactive lead generation and follow-up

The Senior Sales Negotiator will support junior team members, uphold compliance with industry regulations, and represent Kings Estates’ brand and values within the local market.
Qualifications
- Experience within estate agency, with strong knowledge of Estate Agents practices and the property sales and lettings process.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering a high-quality, client-focused experience.
- Strong Sales abilities, including negotiation, closing deals, and working to individual and team targets.
- Understanding of Lettings procedures, tenancy processes, and landlord–tenant obligations.
- Previous experience in a senior or negotiator-level role within residential property is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort with property management and CRM software, and basic proficiency in standard office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Southampton, including occasional weekend work as required by the business.
- Relevant industry training or qualifications (e.g., property or real estate certification) are an advantage.
