Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: West London
Salary: £40,000 basic (£80k OTE)
Contract: Full-time, alternate weekends with two days off in the week
About the opportunity
A highly regarded London developer, with a large land bank is appointing a senior sales negotiator to lead sales on its West London development.
As a senior sales negotiator, you will be the main point of contact for buyers, owning the sales process from first enquiry through to completion. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows the new homes market and wants their results to show directly in their earnings and their career.

Key responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, viewings and reservations, turning interest into sales
- Progress sales from reservation to exchange and completion, liaising with buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on performance
- Keep accurate records of leads, reservations and sales progression
- Ensure the show home and sales area are presented to a high standard
- Monitor the local market, competitor developments and pricing
- Deliver a consistently excellent buyer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally at senior negotiator level
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales progression through to completion
- A confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Well organised and able to manage a pipeline independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Knowledge of the West London property market is advantageous
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
