Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Negotiator located in London. The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Building genuine client relationships
- Providing world-class level customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the London area
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Requirements
- Proven track record of a minimum of 2 years in either property sales or lettings
- Flexibility and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, forward-thinking, and friendly atmosphere
- Valid UK driving license (either automatic or manual)

What We Offer
- Basic Pay from £30,000 plus commission with realistic OTE of £60,000 plus
- Exclusive Property Listings (Total control on exclusive portfolio of properties)
