Role Description
The Senior Sales Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, conducting valuations, and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies to achieve successful sales.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Arranging and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing agreed sales through to completion
- Maintaining high levels of communication and service
Collaboration and Performance
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales and lettings teams
- Use Foxtons’ technology and data tools to drive performance
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Proactive prospecting, building local market knowledge, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Experience in estate agency or residential property sales, with a strong understanding of the London market and estate agents’ processes.
- Excellent communication skills, including confident negotiation, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on delivering professional, responsive, and client-centered support throughout the sales journey.
- Demonstrated sales skills and target-driven mindset, with experience converting leads, closing deals, and achieving performance goals.
- Familiarity with lettings operations and cross-selling opportunities between sales and lettings services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties, viewings, and client interactions simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and respond to a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Previous experience in a senior negotiator or similar role and relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NFoPP/Propertymark) are advantageous.
