Senior Sales Negotiator – Prime London

KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is a global luxury real estate brand with over 100 offices across Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, the UAE, and the United Kingdom.
As our London business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious property professional with a strong understanding of the prime London sales market and a passion for winning new instructions and delivering exceptional client service.
The Role:
This is a business development-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new listings, building long-term client relationships, and working with prime and luxury properties.
You’ll be responsible for growing our vendor network, generating new business, and managing the sales process from valuation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new vendor instructions through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build relationships with homeowners, investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct market appraisals, property viewings, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and sales agreements.
- Source prime, luxury, new-build, and off-market opportunities.
- Manage property sales from instruction through to completion.
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with our lettings, marketing, and international teams.
- Represent the KENSINGTON brand at client meetings, networking events, and property launches.
- Take ownership of personal targets and contribute to the growth of the London office.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK residential sales, acquisitions, or new homes.
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
- Strong knowledge of the prime London property market.
- Confident with cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Commercial, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using property CRM systems and major property portals.
- Strong understanding of the UK residential sales process and conveyancing.
