Senior Sales Operations Agent
Qatar Airways is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Agent to support sales operations activities and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. This role is based in London, United Kingdom.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Operations Agent, you will act as a product and process expert, supporting complex sales operations activities across reservations, ticketing, trade and corporate account support, group sales, sales systems and administration while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales operations activities including reservations, ticketing, refunds, group sales, sales support, sales systems and administration.
- Act as a product knowledge expert and support complex trade, corporate and customer enquiries.
- Assist Sales Operations Agents with queries and escalations to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Make new reservations and amendments to existing bookings while applying correct fares and rules.
- Support travel agencies with reservation-related activities and requests.
- Follow up with customers and trade partners on enquiries and service requests.
- Maintain and generate operational reports as required by management.
- Guide and support junior team members and new joiners on processes and policies.
- Support Beyond Business activities, including lead qualification, documentation follow-up and reporting.
- Provide departmental support and cover for coordinators and officers when required.

About You
- Experience in reservations, ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution or business analysis.
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills are desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of airline processes, distribution technologies, GDS platforms and the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, support colleagues and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Must have the current right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
