The Role
You will own the day-to-day running of the wholesale order book, working alongside the Head of Sales Operations. Sitting between Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Operations, you will keep sight of every order from placement to invoice, spot risks early and drive them to resolution.
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond the immediate task, uses sound commercial judgement and takes responsibility for what happens next. In time, you will become the right hand to the Head of Sales Operations — trusted to keep the function moving in their absence.
What you will do
Own the Order Book
- Manage the wholesale order book, keeping it accurate, current and commercially realistic.
- Maintain visibility of orders, call-offs, amendments, cancellations, stock availability and delivery dates.
- Keep pricing, quantities, dates and customer data correct, and challenge assumptions that do not stack up.
- Spot discrepancies early and see them through to resolution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
