Job Title

Senior Sales Operator (UK Country Launcher)

Salary

£70,000 – £100,000 + Commission + Equity

Company Description

Juryo.ai is a high-growth legal tech startup building an AI workforce for law firms, having scaled from €0 to €1M ARR in just eight months with over 30 Spanish firms already on board. Backed by a high-performance founding team, they are now expanding their autonomous voice and messaging agents into the UK market.

Job Description

As the first UK hire, you will spearhead Juryo.ai's British expansion, translating their proven Spanish success into a market four times larger. You’ll be a hands-on generalist, closing initial deals alongside the founders, adapting the sales motion, and eventually building and leading the local UK commercial and implementation team.

Location

Remote, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a rocket ship that has hit €1M ARR in 8 months, taking a proven Spanish playbook to a UK market four times the size.
  • High-impact autonomy as the first person on the ground in the UK, with a direct path to becoming the Country Leader.
  • Meaningful equity and a high-performance culture working alongside a founding team that has personally closed every deal to date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from demo to close for the first wave of UK law firms, working closely with the founders.

The ideal candidate

  • 5-10 years of professional experience with a strong background in B2B sales and early-stage startup environments.
  • Proven track record of launching new markets or ventures, demonstrating the ability to thrive without a fixed playbook.
  • Hands-on operator who is comfortable performing the direct work of closing and onboarding before shifting into a management role.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
