Role Description
The Senior Sales or Lettings Consultant will work on-site full time at our Croydon branch, managing the end-to-end client journey for property sales or rentals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The consultant will collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets, provide high-quality client communication, and represent the Streets Ahead brand in a professional and proactive manner.
Qualifications
- Strong background in residential sales or lettings, with proven experience in a senior or consultative role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, results-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of the local South London property market, particularly Croydon, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Competence with standard office and estate agency software, including CRM systems and online property portals.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, or equivalent means to attend appointments as required.
- Previous experience in an estate agency environment and relevant professional training or qualifications (e.g., property or real estate certifications) are beneficial.
