Job Description:
Senior Sales Performance & Reward Analyst
Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week working from home
Salford Quays, Manchester
12-month fixed term contract
Salary starting from £39,600 + fantastic benefits
Full time 37.5 hours per week

As our Senior Sales Performance & Reward Analyst, you’ll be working within a small, specialised team and forming close relationships with various functions within the business to ensure incentive plans are built, calibrated, and managed to maximise performance within the parameters of all local legislation. The role is both technical and commercial in nature so you will ideally have worked in a finance, analytical or commercial environment and can demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial activity, whilst also demonstrating strong experience using a variety of reporting and analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and SQL database platforms.
How you’ll help us make health happen
- Creating insightful performance reports at a granular level from a variety of sources to monitor the success of sales agents/teams across the globe.
- Accurately measure and process incentive payments in line with defined plan rules and timings in a variety currency, globally.
- Play an active role in the creation of new incentive plans.
- Reviewing and refining processes to ensure they are robust and seamless.
- Produce and present material to a variety of key stakeholders across the business.
- Constantly analyse performance data and optimise sales targets/identify risks and opportunities to ensure the success of the Sales Plan.
- Ensure all interactions are documented to create robust audit trails for review.
- Demonstrate innovative solutions to an ever changing fast paced environment and be a key contributor to the success of an innovative team.
- Business Partner specific areas of the business and be a key player in the operational success of the teams supported.
- Support the wider commercial finance team and share information and knowledge.
- Consistently perform within set departmental and team KPIs.
- Ensure all activities are performed within the business risk tolerance and comply with all relevant regulation.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Can demonstrate a high level of skill using a variety off Microsoft Office Applications, namely (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Apps)
- Knowledge/experience of a Sales environment, Planning, Incentive schemes & Data analysis
- Use of database technologies and SQL coding
- Strong business awareness and sound commercial judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence
- Understanding of relationship management and the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks.
- Strong Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Well organised with effective time management skills and the ability to create and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to deal calmly and professionally with ambiguous and uncertain situations.
- Good knowledge of the Private healthcare market with the ability to understand the business dynamics of Bupa, its products, and services.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with confidence, maturity & tact.
