SENIOR SALES & PRODUCT MANAGER / BRAND LEAD

Location: Camden, London

Salary: £38,000–£43,000, depending on experience

Employment: Full-time, office-based

Travel: Regular travel across Europe and Asia is mandatory

THE ROLE

This position combines a portfolio-wide commercial role with direct leadership of one of Olympia’s major brands. Across the Olympia portfolio, you will lead important customer meetings, support sales strategy, review product opportunities, and help translate buyer feedback into clear briefs for our Bangladesh teams.

In addition, you will be appointed Brand Lead for one of our larger brands. You will become the principal commercial and product contact for that brand and take responsibility for its performance, customer development, and seasonal execution.

BRAND LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

For your allocated brand, you will:

  • Act as the principal London-based point of contact
  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand identity, target customer, product architecture, and commercial positioning
  • Lead the brand’s sales meetings, customer presentations, and commercial follow-up
  • Coordinate with the Head of Design and relevant product teams in Bangladesh
  • Consolidate customer and market feedback into clear seasonal development priorities
  • Review the commercial suitability of ranges, samples, fabrics, colours, and prices
  • Maintain visibility of every live sales opportunity and product development
  • Ensure quotations, samples, customer comments, and approvals are completed on time
  • Work with the Critical Path Coordinator to maintain an accurate brand-level critical path
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline, confirmed orders, risks, and next actions
  • Attend relevant customer meetings, trade shows, factory visits, and international appointments
  • Be accountable for moving the brand’s opportunities from initial presentation to confirmed order

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
