Become a Maglian Representative — Building Our International Network (DACH, UK, Benelux, France, Poland & Romania)
Maglian Forest Retreat · Divčibare, Serbia maglianteambuilding.com
About Maglian
Maglian is the only specialised venue for corporate team retreats in Serbia and South-East Europe. We're not a hotel — we're a host-led team experience. When a company books Maglian, they get the entire venue exclusively for their group: 50 rooms, capacity for up to 100 guests, dedicated meeting spaces, an onsite restaurant with home-cooked local food, a heated pool, nature trails, and full day-and-night team-building programming — all set in a biophilic-designed forest environment 75 minutes from Belgrade Airport.
We've hosted 300+ events for 200+ clients, primarily international companies from the UK, DACH, and Russian-speaking markets.
The Opportunity
We're building out our international representative network and looking for independent sales agents to become Maglian's local representatives in their market. We're specifically growing our presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK (London), the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, and Romania.
This isn't a one-off sales gig — we're looking for people who want to grow into the long-term face of Maglian in their region, as we scale our representative network market by market.
You'll be selling a genuinely strong product: a premium, fully-buyout venue at 40–50% lower cost than comparable retreats in Croatia, Portugal, Spain, or Italy — with a 300+ event track record that makes it an easy "yes" once a prospect sees it.
What You'll Do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Act as Maglian's local representative in your market — the go-to contact for corporate clients and agencies in your region

- Qualify leads — we only care about prospects with a real, upcoming event need (a confirmed or near-confirmed date), not vague interest
- Present Maglian (we'll equip you with materials, case studies, testimonials, and reviews)
- Manage the relationship through to a signed booking, working closely with our team on proposals and logistics
- Keep your pipeline updated in HubSpot (CRM access provided)
- Help us understand and adapt to your local market as we grow our footprint there
What We're Looking For
- Based in or with an active professional network in DACH, UK, Benelux, France, Poland, or Romania

- Fluent English required; German, French, Dutch, Polish, or Romanian a strong plus depending on your target market
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely, managing your own pipeline
- Existing network among corporate event organisers, HR/People Ops professionals, remote-first tech companies, or event/incentive agencies is a major advantage
- Interest in building a long-term representative role in your market, not just a short-term sales push
- Understanding that this is a relationship - and trust-driven sale - event organisers value safety, track record, and responsiveness over novelty
