Senior Sales Consultant — Contracts Intelligence, London
Independent contractor engagement with Kinetix Trading Solutions Inc. (USA) · London-based, covering Europe
Contracts Intelligence lets clients navigate thousands of trading agreements — ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, FCM, PB, Private Credit and more — search for terms and clauses across the entire corpus, verify alignment with playbooks, and monitor obligations and covenants on an ongoing basis. We're looking for an experienced independent sales consultant, based in London, to drive adoption of Contracts Intelligence among Capital Markets and Banking clients across the UK and Europe.
Scope of the Engagement
- Lead the sales cycle for Contracts Intelligence with Capital Markets and Banking clients in the UK and Europe: prospecting, qualification, demos and commercial discussions, through to contract approval and signature by Kinetix Trading Solutions Inc.
- Identify client contract-management pain points and position our capabilities (search, playbook verification, obligation and covenant monitoring) against them
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities against agreed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop long-term client relationships, working closely with clients' Legal, Counterparty Risk and Compliance teams
- Promote Contracts Intelligence at industry events and forums across Europe's capital markets community
- Share client and market feedback with our product team to help shape the roadmap

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally selling software into Legal, Counterparty Risk or Compliance teams within Capital Markets and Banking
- A track record of closing enterprise deals (typically £75K–£300K+ ACV)
- An established network across London and European capital markets
- Comfort discussing AI/data products with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A consultative, relationship-led approach suited to long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Familiarity with ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, FCM and PB terminology is a strong plus, though not required
- Experience working as an independent consultant, through your own limited company or as self-employed

Engagement Terms
- Independent contractor agreement with Kinetix Trading Solutions Inc. (USA)
- Fixed monthly retainer plus success-based commission on closed contracts, with enhanced rates above target. Details are discussed with shortlisted candidates.
- Pre-approved travel and client-related expenses reimbursed.
Location
London-based. Regular travel to client sites across Europe for meetings, demos and industry events.
