Sales Rep / B2B Closer
Remote Sales Closer (High-Ticket) — Gym Growth — £1k floor + uncapped commission, OTE £5k+
We're hiring a closer at GymGrow. We help independent UK gym and studio owners fill their gyms. Over 100 gyms so far and more than £2 million generated for our partners. Performance-based offer: guaranteed sign-ups, not leads.
The Role
The role is closing. Two setters run ahead of you, one on paid ads and one on Instagram DMs. Every call lands in your calendar pre-qualified with a full agenda already written: the gym's current members and revenue, where the owner wants to be in six months, the gap between the two in pounds, their biggest blocker, and confirmation they're the decision-maker and want to start now. You take 3 to 6 booked calls a day and you close them.

What You're Closing
- Four tiers from £297 a month up to £3,000 a month.
- The three main tiers take the first 60 days upfront in one payment, so a typical deal is £1,994 collected on the call.
- Average deal value £1,994.
- OTE is £5k+.
The Money
- £1,000 monthly floor.
- £600 per VIP close.
- £200 done-for-you.
- £100 self-managed.
- £60 entry.
- Set your own meeting as well as closing it and you earn both fees.
- OTE £5,000+ a month. No cap.
- Weekend calls are optional and paid the same. Saturday and Sunday leads are the warmest we get.

You'll Do Well Here If
- You've closed high-ticket recurring offers on the phone or Zoom.
- You're comfortable asking for £1,994 on the card, on the call.
Fitness background is a nice-to-have. Being able to close matters far more.
Not for You If
- You need a script read to you.
- You want guaranteed income regardless of output.
- You sell people the cheapest option to avoid a hard conversation.
