About CareScribe
At CareScribe, we build assistive technology that removes barriers for neurodivergent and deaf people. We're recently PE backed and moving from startup to scale-up, growing from a single product to a wider platform and expanding beyond the UK. It's a big moment for us commercially, and this role is a key part of it.
About the Role
You'll own new business sales across our B2B markets, finding and winning new accounts from first conversation through to signed contract. Working closely with our Head of Sales, you'll help decide where we focus next, open up opportunities in new markets and verticals, and lead commercial conversations with senior decision-makers.
As our B2B sales approach is still developing, you'll have a real say in how we sell. What you learn in the market will shape where we go next. Success looks like a healthy, well-forecast pipeline, new accounts closed, and steady growth in the size of the deals we win.
What You'll Be Doing
Winning New Business
- Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Running the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through to negotiation and close

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
