We help businesses manage all areas of their business operations, from parts and service, through to sales and finance, with innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Job Overview
The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for driving targeted back-to-base revenue growth from the existing Catalyst customer base.
The role focuses on structured, proactive sales campaigns that increase adoption of selected products and services, initially Cloud server solutions and Clover payments integration. A core priority is to convert existing customers to Cloud hosted servers and onboard them to Clover payments, positioning both as practical, value-led solutions that improve customer operations and increase recurring revenue.
The role is suited to a commercially driven individual who enjoys consultative selling, disciplined campaign follow-up and converting known customer opportunities into measurable sales outcomes.
Role Focus
- Targeted Existing Customer Sales
- Run structured outbound campaigns into the existing customer base
- Prioritise Cloud server sales and Clover payments integration opportunities
- Identify customers with clear adoption gaps, operational need or commercial potential
- Conduct proactive calls, email follow-up and consultative sales conversations
- Qualify customer interest and progress opportunities through to order or partner onboarding
- Work with Account Managers, Support and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer handover
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sales campaigns across the existing customer base
- Sell Cloud hosted server solutions to appropriate existing customers
- Promote Clover payments integration and manage partner onboarding referrals
- Use CRM, customer data and internal insight to prioritise the best opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customer decision makers and influencers
- Qualify customer requirements, objections, timing and commercial potential
- Support production of proposals, quotations and customer communications
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track activity and pipeline progression
- Provide weekly sales forecasts
- Report against defined KPI metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams

Success Measures A successful Senior Sales Specialist will:
- Deliver measurable back-to-base revenue from targeted products and services.
- Increase adoption of Cloud hosted servers across the existing customer base.
- Generate consistent Clover payments referrals and support effective partner onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer opportunity notes and sales forecasts.
- Create strong relationships with existing customers and internal teams.
- Contribute towards recurring revenue growth, customer value and retention objectives.
Qualifications Required
- Desirable – Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent qualification/work experience
Experience and Skills Required
- Essential – Proven outbound sales experience.
- Essential – Strong telephone and virtual selling skills.
- Essential – Experience using CRM systems.
- Essential – Commercially driven and target-oriented.
- Essential – Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Essential – Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Desirable – SaaS or software sales experience.
- Desirable – Experience selling into dealer, automotive, agricultural, machinery or leisure sectors.
- Desirable – Knowledge of recurring revenue business models.
- Desirable – Consultative solution sales background.
