About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will be a key player in enhancing our sales operations through advanced support tasks. You will contribute significantly to team goals by managing critical sales data, streamlining administrative processes, and providing valuable insights to support our sales efforts. Your work will help optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales order processing and tracking.
  • Develop and update detailed customer quotes and proposals.
  • Maintain and analyze comprehensive sales performance metrics.
  • Conduct more advanced product training sessions for sales staff.
  • Prepare high-quality sales documentation and presentations.
  • Update and manage intricate customer database records.
  • Organize and lead sales meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Provide robust customer service support and issue resolution.
  • Generate detailed sales analytics reports and insights.
  • Coordinate large-scale sales events and campaigns.
