ADP is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP)

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll have full responsibility for driving and executing talent acquisition strategies for regional sales teams across Europe, while supporting global hiring initiatives where required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support hiring needs across core sales and marketing functions for European business units, while supporting other regions globally where required.
  • Coordinate strategic sales and marketing hiring projects spanning multiple divisions, regions, and talent acquisition teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing market insights and competitive talent intelligence, setting clear expectations, and building strong stakeholder partnerships.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for your assigned client group, including candidate engagement, assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop strong partnerships with business managers, leaders, HR partners, operations, and support functions, influencing where needed.
  • Manage active talent pipelines while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Facilitate Behavioural-Based Interviewing methodologies and ensure hiring managers maintain their "Licensed to Hire" status.
  • Execute employer branding initiatives, including support of ADP Careers social media and digital platforms.
  • Leverage technology, data, and market intelligence to deliver effective talent attraction strategies.
  • Deliver measurable hiring outcomes through strong process discipline, data quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all involved.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience & Critical Skills)

  • Demonstrated success recruiting across both volume and specialist hiring environments within a consultative business setting.
  • Experience applying behavioural interviewing and structured assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and digital platforms, including ATS, CRM, social media, and video interviewing tools.
  • Expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and effective use of diversity hiring tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of local employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, lead projects, and deliver results.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Modern technology skills, including the ability to leverage recruitment technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to build talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Must be based within commutable distance of our Staines office.
  • Must have full right to work in the UK.
  • Must have fluent English language skills.
