About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our expanding Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational and technical support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your expertise will ensure the efficient functioning of Salesforce platforms, enabling clients to maximize their investment and achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively troubleshoot issues, configure Salesforce environments, and collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification or higher.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, support, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as objects, fields, flows, and permissions.
- Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript configuration is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve support issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple support requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day Salesforce administration and technical support to a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth platform operation.
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving Salesforce support issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Managing support requests from initial investigation through to implementation and resolution, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
- Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, flows, permissions, and other platform functionalities to meet client requirements.
- Delivering small-scale Salesforce development and configuration requests, including customizations and enhancements.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Documenting support activities, configurations, and solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.
