Senior Salesforce Administrator
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, administration, security, and continuous optimisation of DeterTech's Salesforce platform, ensuring it efficiently supports the organisation's commercial, operational, and customer objectives.
Serving as a senior subject matter expert for Salesforce, the role leads complex technical configuration, drives best practices in system setup, and works closely with business stakeholders to design scalable, user-friendly solutions.
The role balances advanced hands-on technical configuration with cross-functional business analysis, ensuring Salesforce maintains high standards of data quality, security, user adoption, and system stability as the business grows.
This is a remote role, although we value regular face-to-face collaboration. We would ideally like someone who can attend our Telford office around once a week if based locally, with a minimum expectation of a couple of office visits per month for those based further afield.

- Assist with third-party app integrations (AppExchange) and data management between Salesforce and connected business systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
