ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AI, integrations, and enterprise automation. This role combines strategic solution architecture with strong technical execution.
You will lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, design scalable integrations and data pipelines, implement intelligent automation, and enable AI-driven CRM capabilities across the organization.
This is a highly technical leadership role requiring both architectural ownership and active development involvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Architecture & Platform Design
- Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Design data models, security architecture, sharing models, and role hierarchies.
- Define integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).
- Produce technical architecture documents, solution designs, and governance standards.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform limits.
- Architect Service Cloud case management lifecycle, SLAs, entitlements, and escalation frameworks.
- Optimize agent console performance and service analytics.

- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.
- Architect data ingestion from CRM, ERP, warehouses, and external systems.
- Implement identity resolution, harmonization, and calculated insights.
- Enable real-time segmentation and activation into CRM workflows.
- Manage large data volumes and performance optimization.
AI & Intelligent CRM Capabilities
- Architect AI-driven use cases using Salesforce native AI capabilities.
- Implement predictive scoring (opportunity, case classification).
- Configure Next Best Action frameworks.
- Enable generative AI use cases (case summaries, email drafting, knowledge generation).
- Embed AI insights into automated workflows and decision processes.
Integrations, APIs, Middleware, Automation
- Design and implement REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming API integrations.
- Architect inbound and outbound integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.
- Work with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.).
- Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Design event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
- Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and monitoring of integrations.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines into Salesforce.
- Architect reverse ETL workflows to sync data from multiple sources back into Salesforce.
- Manage data transformations, deduplication, and reconciliation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Architect complex automation using record-triggered and scheduled flows, orchestration, apex-based automation, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 3+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity.
- Deep hands-on expertise in:
- Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs
- Integration architecture
- Service Cloud implementations
- Data Cloud architecture
- ETL and Reverse ETL pipelines
- Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of identity, security, and access models.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with data warehouse ecosystems.
- Experience implementing AI use cases within Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
