MTX Europe | Full-time, permanent | London-based hybrid
Salary: TBC depending on experience
MTX Europe is a UK technology consultancy and Salesforce Summit Partner. We deliver Salesforce solutions for clients across public sector, healthcare, social housing, transport, financial services, utilities and other sectors.
We’re looking for an experienced consultant to lead client workshops, configure Salesforce and own functional workstreams from discovery through to release. You’ll combine strong functional consulting skills with the technical understanding to work confidently with architects and developers.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery workshops and turn business needs into process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own functional workstreams from design and configuration through testing, release and handover.
- Configure Salesforce using Flow, permissions, data models, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
- Work with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, with opportunities to work on Health, Experience and Data Cloud projects.
- Collaborate with architects and developers on integrations, application programming interfaces, data migration and custom requirements.
- Manage workstream priorities, risks and client updates, and support user acceptance testing, demonstrations and training.
- Contribute to solution discussions and proposals for prospective clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
