Salesforce Functional Lead – Agentforce
Location: London, 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £550 per day, Outside IR35
Start Date: Within the next 2 weeks
Interviews: Taking place next week
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to join a major Salesforce programme on an initial 6-month contract. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring someone who can lead functional delivery across Agentforce and core Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The successful candidate must have hands-on Agentforce implementation experience rather than simply theoretical knowledge or certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery across Salesforce Agentforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Take ownership of Agentforce implementation, from discovery and use-case definition through configuration, testing and deployment.
- Design and configure Agentforce solutions, including agents, topics, actions, instructions and associated business processes.
- Identify and define suitable Agentforce use cases based on business requirements and existing Salesforce processes.
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional designs and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including Flow, objects, fields, validation rules, permissions and automation.
- Lead functional solution design across Sales and Service Cloud.

Essential Experience

- Hands-on Agentforce implementation experience is essential.
- Proven experience taking Agentforce solutions from requirements/use-case definition through to implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and declarative development capability, particularly Flow.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, discovery and solution-design workshops.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce business processes and functional architecture.
- Previous consulting/professional services experience is highly desirable.
