Senior Salesforce Consultant / Project Lead
Mason Frank is delighted to be partnering with a leading Salesforce Summit Partner renowned for delivering innovative, scalable, and business-focused Salesforce solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Project Lead to take ownership of enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes, lead client engagements, and mentor the next generation of Salesforce talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery against scope, budget, and timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expertise across Salesforce architecture, solution design, integration strategy, and platform best practices.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and executive-level discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid-level Salesforce Consultants, helping to develop their consulting, solution design, and delivery capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, providing leadership both on projects and within the wider practice.
- Conduct project governance, risk management, and regular status reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce product innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

About You
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects in a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Principal Consultant, or Project Lead capacity.
- Strong functional and solution design expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience leading client-facing engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior consultants while maintaining delivery excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced consulting environment and managing competing priorities.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect credentials.
