Senior Salesforce Developer | Salesforce Partner | Hybrid London | Up to £80,000
I’m currently working with an established Salesforce Partner who are looking to add an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who enjoys working on complex implementations, building scalable solutions and getting involved across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across a range of client projects. You’ll work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Architects and other technical specialists to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and JavaScript.
- Build scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Work across the full development lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment and support.
- Develop custom functionality and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to code reviews, development standards and best practices.
- Work closely with Consultants, Architects and clients to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Support and mentor more junior developers where required.

What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with SOQL, JavaScript and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience working across Salesforce implementations and/or complex development projects.
- Strong understanding of integration principles and developing solutions that connect Salesforce with external platforms.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly desirable.

Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following would be a major advantage:
- MuleSoft / MuleSoft integrations
- AWS
- Salesforce integration technologies and APIs
- CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as Gearset, Copado or Git
- Experience working within a Salesforce Partner/Consultancy environment
- Additional Salesforce certifications
