About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Specialist Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top-tier Salesforce development professionals to meet the growing needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with experience in API integrations and Agile methodologies. Your expertise will help ensure we attract the best talent in the industry, supporting our clients' digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an attractive salary of up to £60,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce development and recruitment or related roles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Experience with API integrations and working within Agile project frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of successful placements in the Salesforce domain.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A relevant degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Specialist Recruitment Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to identify top Salesforce talent globally.
- Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Assessing candidate technical skills and cultural fit through interviews and technical evaluations.
- Partnering with clients to understand their specific Salesforce requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client demands.
- Staying updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
