Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: Up to £70,000 - DOE

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid

TechOhana have partnered with an established end user to bring on a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce platform is central to this business, it powers the customers experience and the internal operations teams that support it. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a complex, high-value platform within a business that is scaling.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting into the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role spans hands-on development, platform administration, third-party integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years of Salesforce implementation experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, test methods), Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and third-party system integrations using REST and OAuth
  • Strong understanding of custom development best practices, governor limits, and Salesforce security considerations
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
